It's About to Start

We're off to New York on Saturday on the first leg of our trip around the world.

After what seems like years of planning, we're finally about to set off. We go to New York on New Year's Day and will sail out past the Statue of Liberty on Jan. 3. This is the first of what I hope are many entries that will let you follow our progress around the world in 108 days.
